The KNOTT listserv is a learning community of people who attended the "Training Tips" peer session during the Roundup 2002 in Orlando and others interested in the topic. During the way too brief face-to-face session, we experienced the excitement and richness of reflecting on our practice with our peers as a way to help improve our work in providing technology training to the nonprofit sector. This listserv will provide an opportunity to continue to discuss the questions we raised, share ideas, and give and get advice from one another. We will begin with formal introductions to one another over the next month. So, please take a moment and provide a brief paragraph about yourself answering the following: Your Name, Organization Experience in Training in general and in specific - technology training for the npo sector What was the one idea from our session that struck you most? Is there topic that you are currently researching - what is it and what have you learned about it? Each month, we will explore a question related to technology training, perhaps beginning with a question we generated during our session. We will distribute the notes from our session as soon as we receive them from Gartner. In addition, we also encourage you to share ideas or resources from your work or other questions.
