Dear MAP Volunteer,=20
We are considering developing and promoting online nonprofit board =
governance training programs. The programs would help course =
participants better understand the roles of board members and provide =
strategies for maximizing their time, talent and resources. The courses =
would be similar to on-site programs we currently offer-only delivered =
in an online format.
We are one of several institutional partners from across the United =
States that is considering this program. The Nonprofit Leadership =
Institute, which is located at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, =
Pennsylvania, is coordinating this initiative.
We would like to know how viable you think this concept is, as well as =
what suggestions you might have for marketing and delivering the =
courses.
Please take a few minutes to complete the online survey at =
<http://www.leadership.duq.edu/nlioverview/aonline/survey/>. To =
complete the survey, simply click the hyperlink, answer the questions =
and hit the "Submit Survey" button at the end of the survey. Your =
responses are strictly confidential and will be analyzed by an =
independent research firm.
We are asking a very small group of individuals to respond to this =
important survey, so we would like very much to hear from you. Please =
return your completed survey by July 12, 2002.
Thank you for helping us evaluate this opportunity. We look forward to =
hearing from you and learning your opinion regarding the viability of =
offering online board governance training programs.
